| Ingredients: |
1 cup of real mayo 1 egg white 3 drops of lemon juice 2 shakes of celery salt .25 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning |
.5 tsp. sea salt .25 tsp. fresh ground pepper .25 tsp. dry mustard .25 cup corn meal 2 cups steamed Blue Crab

Instructions: |

Mix all the ingredients together with exception of the crab meat. Gently fold in crab meat and form into four, one inch patties. Coat all sides in bed of corn meal. Pan fry in butter-coated skillet til golden brown or consuming one Sam Adams. |

Suggestions: |
Serve hot, eat well.Chinese Hot Mustard,Honey Dijon or Horseradish Sauce are great on the side.
