Ingredients:
Butter 4 Tbsp.
Flour 4 Tbsp.
German beer 1 1/2 quarts
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp.
Pepper 1/4 tsp.
Cinnamon 1/8
Heavy cream 2/3 cup
Cooking Instructions:
In meadium size pot melt butter then stir in flour to make a roux. Add beer,sugar,and seasonings, keep at a boil for twenty minutes stirring frequently until a creamy consistancy. Reduce heat then add cream and simmer for another fifteen to twenty minutes. DON'T LET SOUP COME TO A BOIL... and serve
